Bexley Company provides dumpster rental and waste removal services in the Grand Rapids, MI area. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
When you rent a dumpster, you agree to use it only for permitted materials. Hazardous waste, tires, batteries, paint, and other prohibited items may not be placed in the dumpster.
All pricing is quoted upfront. Additional charges may apply for overweight dumpsters, extended rental periods, or prohibited materials. Payment is due upon delivery or as agreed.
We will make every effort to deliver and pick up dumpsters at the scheduled time. Delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space and access for dumpster placement. We use protective boards to minimize driveway damage but are not liable for pre-existing surface conditions.
Bexley Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
